A Member of His Body

In this message, Bro. Don unpacks what it means to be a member of the body of Christ by walking through five words: vitality, unity, diversity, maturity, and ministry. He reminds us that the moment we trust Christ we are placed into his body by the Holy Spirit, identified with him and with one another regardless of background, personality, or preference. He challenges us that unity does not mean uniformity, and that the body works best when every member discovers, develops, and uses the spiritual gift God has given them rather than competing for the same roles. He closes by calling the church to stop being spectators and start being participators, reminding us that in the body of Christ there is no bench, and every believer has a place to serve.
