The Woman at the Well

He walks through the conversation between Jesus and the Samaritan woman, showing how Jesus moved from a simple request for water to exposing her deepest need, offering living water that would satisfy what five husbands never could. Don contrasts the woman, who ran back into the city and immediately told everyone she had met the Christ, with the disciples who had just come from that same city without saying a word about Jesus to anyone. He closes with a challenge that the best witness is simply saying come see a man, and that we too often let prejudice, comfort, and distraction keep us from sharing the gospel with the lost world right in front of us.
