In this message, Dr. Ben South walks through Ephesians 2:1-10 to show us the full picture of where we were, what changed, and how we are now called to live. He opens by laying out our dilemma honestly, that apart from Christ we are spiritually dead, actively deceived by the world, the devil, and our own flesh, and headed toward the righteous wrath of God. Then come what he calls two of the most glorious words in Scripture, but God, as he walks through the deliverance only grace can bring, making us alive, raising us up, and seating us with Christ in heavenly places. He closes with the duty that flows from that deliverance, reminding us that we are God's masterpiece, created not to sit idle but to walk in the good works God prepared for us before we ever took a step, carrying the gospel to a world that is still dead, deceived, and doomed without Christ.
