Lesson 4

Bro. Don continues his Facing Life’s Giants series by examining David’s battle with Goliath in 1 Samuel 17. He reminds believers that defeating the giants in our lives is not always easy and that the battle may seem more difficult as we move closer to victory. Our perspective of God determines how we view our circumstances, and we must remember that no giant can be defeated through our own strength. Like David, we are called to trust God completely, surrender everything we have and are to Him, and give Him all the glory when victory comes. Whatever habits, hurts, or strongholds we face, the battle belongs to the Lord and true victory comes through His power.
